Gentian stimulates the appetite and promotes digestion. Vitamins B1 and B8 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: From 1 to 5: take 5 ml (one teaspoon) per day, morning. After 5 years: take 10 ml (about one tablespoon) per day, morning. Shake before use.
