  • -2 oranges 
  • -½ cup milk  
  • -¼ cup oats 
  • -½ tablespoon honey  
  • -2 tablespoon chia seeds 

Instructions:

  • Place 1 orange, milk, oats and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl or serving glass, then slowly stir in the chia seeds. 
  • Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until it looks like pudding. 
  • Put an orange on top. You can use coconut, almonds, or chocolate as optional toppings. 

Breakfast Smoothie with Blueberries and Lemon Ingredients: 

  • -½ cup frozen blueberries 
  • -1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest 
  • -1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • -2 teaspoons sugar or sugar substitute (optional) 
  • -½ cup fat free milk 
  • -½ cup Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt or Low fat Plain Greek Yogurt 

Instructions:

Blend blueberries, lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar (or sugar substitute, if using) in a blender container. Add milk and yogurt, blend for one minute, cover and blend for 1 minute or until smooth..
